Full cure by lecithine

Post  north4 on Wed May 18, 2011 2:43 pm

A member of the german PSSD group is full cure by it:

His message:

Hi,

after I have long as a silent fellow readers follow the postings here, I want
you now to share some of my healing.
For some weeks I can enjoy a normal sex again without genital numbness, low
libido and anorgasmia.

The solution for me was a remedy called lecithin, a mixture of various
phospholipids (including inositol, choline, etc.) and then some other stuff
(when required to write the exact composition of the package from) which I daily
about 3g - 4g take to me.

I owe the success to a large extent this forum that I was only in the direction
of inositol and the like do.
Thank you for that!

Markus

That was some badly broken English. Too bad I don't know any German..... Do you know exactly what he was saying? Is it just Lecithine, or was it a combination of different things? That was a little hard to follow.

Maybe if he wrote it in German, I could put it into google translate and go about it that way......

No I can't read German. I would just put it in translate also. Well I have some on the way. I'll try 3 grams a day and see what that does for me.

Yea, I will continue to document everything. What I really need is to get some other people to try out the stuff I have done, so I can see how likely it is to help other people. What I would like to have eventually is a list of things one could combine for a very significant improvement. So if I find things that tend to work for everyone, I can make it part of a standard treatment plan.

Hi, my first post here Smile Is lecithin the same as taking Inositol + Choline? I'm currently taking this combo, and wonder if it's any idea adding, or switching to lecithin? I'm on week 2-3 with Inositol 9g and Choline 900mg and no improvements so far. I searched online for Lecitin in swedish nature medicne shops, and all I can find is Soy Lecithin, but I guess it's the same.

I'm taking NOW Foods Lecithin, 1200mg, 2 softgels, three times per day (immediately after food) for about 2 weeks. No improvement from Lecithin yet. I'm going to add Vitamin B5 because I read the Lecithin converts better to acetylcholine with B5.

What dose of Lecithin are you taking?

I haven't noticed anything form it, but I will stick with it a little longer, since you say it takes 4 to 5 weeks.

I will start testing Bio-Lecithin Granulate today. On the package it's says max 3 tablespoons a day. Each tablespoon will give me 175mg Choline, 170mg Inositol and 7275mg Phospholipids. Not sure if 3 tablespoons is enough, what do you guys think?
